Small cattle company who focuses on quality not quantity. We strive for the best marbling, which produces the ultimate flavor.

What We Do

Successfully produce a F1 crossbreed of 50% Wagyu and 50% Black Angus. Our cows are Colorado pasture raised with a 1-year grain finish.

Where We Are

Just northeast of Denver, with wide-open pastures, fresh air and plenty of sunshine make for the perfect environment to raise our 50/50 cattle in a healthy manner, producing delicious beef.
